Threadfin’s vendor neutral, services only approach allows us to be an extremely effective channel partner for vendors that need high end Professional or Managed Services offerings. From a Professional Services perspective, we find that our partners need additional support from a technology or geographic perspective. Additionally, we offer an Accelerated Voice program that is designed to streamline our channel partners ability to sell and deliver IP Telephony solutions.
From a Managed Services perspective, many of our channel partners appreciate the opportunity to provide Threadfin’s Managed Services solutions as a white-label offering, saving them from having to internally build and operate a Managed Services division.
Lastly, we consistently make an investment of our time and expertise with our channel partners helping them develop and position solutions with their clients.
