Implement

Throughout our Implement phase, a Threadfin Convergence Consultant will act as a single point-of-contact, working to achieve the fastest possible implementation, with minimal disruption of the existing network, while meeting quality and budget specifications. In accordance with the design document and Statement of Work, this phase installs, configures, and integrates system components, tests and validates system operation, and provides training and knowledge transfer to operations.
